ABOUT US

Learn more about our family, so you are comfortable with us taking care of yours.

We understand the difficulties in finding a compatible childcare when you have a busy and non-traditional work schedule. We understand first responder families, because we are a first responder family, so we recognize the unique difficulties of finding an accommodating child care provider.

Beth grew up in a first responder family as her father was a police officer and a fire fighter.  She later joined the fire service when she was 14 years old and has been involved in firefighting, ambulance crew, or some other capacity ever since. Beth holds a current Maryland EMT-B certification as well as a current certification in Red Cross First Aid and CPR.

Beth’s husband Nick, who is also her substitute, is a local Deputy Sheriff and has a CPR and basic first aid certifications.

Their son Bryan is an Aviation Mechanic in the USMC and is currently stationed in California working on F-35's.

Their daughter Cami is a senior in high school who is dual enrolled at Chesapeake College to pursue her Nursing Degree.  Cami spends most of her free time helping out with the daycare kids.

Child Safety

Since this will be your child’s home away from home, We strive to provide a safe, caring, homelike atmosphere for your children while at the same time providing for their physical, intellectual, emotional and social development.

Your childs safety is of the utmost importance to us. Your family is our family, and we pride ourselves on being part of the public safety family. In addition to being a smoke-free home, we also teach in-home safety such as not playing with the stove or electrical outlets, playground safety, and for the older children, bicycle and street safety.
